EARLY HISTORY born in Wichita, Kansas, youngest of the two Harmon children; relatively happy household, raised with extremist Christian values; both children were homeschooled and allowed very little contact with the outside world, could only listen to approved music and watch approved television shows; not exposed to any kind of violence, was given no education on alcohol or drugs or sex or anything of the like; mother died when lena was five years old, father essentially lost his mind; began sexually abusing lena, but she was not aware that it was wrong as it was never violent and she never felt scared, and she trusted her father completely and wholly; her subconscious built walls to protect her from it, leaving her in a very innocent, childlike state; brother ran away from home at 16, leaving 11 year old lena alone in the house; brother reported his father to child protective services, lena and garrett were taken soon after.
MORE RECENT HISTORY after being taken from her father, lena was very confused and upset; she and her brother were adopted by her uncle and aunt who raised her for the remaining years, garrett left as soon as he turned 18, lena has not heard from him since; lena can't remember what happened to her between ages 5 and 11, misses her father, doesn't remember what he did to her; remains in a very childlike frame of mind; took the merch job when she turned 18 at the prompting of her uncle as a way to make money and maybe gain some insight into the real world.
