  ROWAN TRAVIS CALLAGHAN ,Rowan is twenty seven and the manager of this whole tour, he's the one who has everything going and he's the one who makes this stuff happen. He books the venues, he makes the schedules, and he's one laid back Irish dude. He's divorced and has two twins one boy one girl, and well, he somewhat left that life behind. He takes care of his younger brother who is in Ireland keeping up Rowan's music shop, and well, he's having the rime of his life bringing music that reaches out to people around the world.
 FRIENDS , Rowan is going to have a lot of these babies. He's the head honcho on this ride, and well, who wouldn't want to be his friend, because if you're not his friend, you're not going to get bailed out of jail, you won't get picked up from the hospital, and you won't be touring with us if you're not his friend. Yes there are a few people he lets stay who don't like him, but all in all Rowan is wicked chill, and he's down to earth and is very calm and easy going. But just know, with Rowan, if you're young enough, he'll treat you like his own son or daughter, and well, yeah, friends with Rowan is very rewarding.
 LOVERS , Rowan's lovers...well he has an ex wife and then his hook ups. and that's pretty much it. At the moment, he's not looking for love, and he could care less about it, he's just living his life the way he wants to do it, and Love doesn't come anywhere close in his life plans. He ran from love once, he can run many times from it without caring.
 ENEMIES , Rowan doesn't have many enemies because well, he's the one running this whole thing and if people don't like him, they have the risk of getting kicked off the tour. Which, to be quite honest, no one really wants to get kicked off this tour because it's pretty freaking awesome.

desiree + rowan so, des is the manager for jane's on fire, so she's obvs going to know rowan. i was thinking something along the lines of old family friends? so she's known him for a while, and they're good friends. and he looks out for her and stuff? i suck at ideass~

rowan & ezra - i think they'd get on just fine. maybe where the business side is concerned they're a bit awkward, because ez feels like she's treading on eggshells to avoid the badn getting kicked off the tour? she'd hate to be responsible if they did o.o but outside of that, i think they'd get on fine. she's laid back and enjoys a good time, so s'coool

The only way they'd be family friends is if she's from Ireland because that's where he was until he decided to make up this fantabulous tour. So, we could have it like, he's known her since the very beginning (right before) the tour started and they got along maybe more like a brother sister or even daughter /dad type of thing because I mean he does have a set of twins at home.

alec + rowan so obvs. these guys are going to know each other. so, rowan picked alec to be his co manager? alec used to be the lead singer of a famous band called mismanagement until they had a really bad breakup. maybe rowan picked him because of that? alec is twenty three now. he's reserved, and sort of shy when it comes to everything. but yeah. mellow friends? and mutual respect.

orran + rowan YAY IRISH PPL 83 and i think these too would get along really well, seeing they're both pretty laid back sort of people. friends perhaps? i could see them as drinking buddies, maybe? c: just reminiscing over times in Ireland (which orran has few of, but y'know, he can dream -rofl-) and just hanging out and stuffff?
leslie + rowan les has always been known for being a trouble maker, and he really doesn't handle authority well. i could see these two having a whole love/hate relationship? leslie would probably pick petty fights with him, just cause, and then sit around pouting and acting like a five year old. either that or trying to hit on him, sit on him, and just out right annoy him.
roo + rowan i have no idea for little roo here :3 he isn't the most social butterfly, so i doubt they would really meet. unless you have any idea then jehbre bombs away! c:

Rowan chose his co-manager with full faith.
