TEXT FROM: SALEM "yeah, maybe sometime. miss you too."
TEXT FROM: GEMINI "everyone makes mistakes, it's just yours tend to happen on a larger and more drunken scale than most peoples. it's okay, i still love you."
had it easy as a kid. never met his father, but his mother, rachel, was good to him. they lived alone in a small apartment in vegas for the first five years after he was born, then started moving around. though it was tough they pulled through; things really got better when rachel met mr. bryant, and soon enough they were engaged, around when diego was six. they moved into the museum house that was the bryant residences. his mother never once said a word about his father, and whenever diego asked questions, she blew them off. he learned quickly to just accept that he had a step father, and that was that. with seven half siblings, it wasn't exactly an easy change, though. a good one, but different. diego was used to being an only child, and though he had always given his mom a hard time, it got worse after this switch. half of it was meeting leslie bryant. leslie was someone else who was just as much of a trouble maker as he was; and just like that, they became the odd ones out. not that they ever really gave a fuck. they were happy, practically thriving off of the attention they gained by being the reckless ones. and it's easy to say they've both always loved the spotlight. that's exactly why diego created insert name here after barely graduating high school.
though his brother didn't tag along, diego and the other friends went through with it. inh grew slowly but surely, and before they knew it, they were headed on their first world tour. the band lasted just barely over four years, and it might as well be said that those four years weren't easy on diego or any of them. at one point, diego almost lost his best friend, salem reece. and then there was rupert; the innocent boy diego only felt he'd corrupted. after realizing how hard the other boy had fallen, diego left him, only to realize later on that wasn't exactly the best decision. one run in a few months later was all it took. he couldn't stand it. regardless of feeling like he didn't deserve him, diego wanted to be with him. things started to build back up. inh went to hawaii to record, and everything seemed great until gemini left, danielle called saying she wouldn't be there when they got back, and rupert's grandma fell ill, so he left, too. then their record company split into two, and all the bands got called back to the united states. from there, with everyone gone, things fell apart. diego and salem fought, nothing was getting written for the new record, and diego had snapped back into the bitter asshole that had existed before roo came along.
then another phone call, from gem, and a trip to england. that's all it was supposed to be; a trip to see rupert and her. but diego couldn't stay away. inh was going to shit, anyways. so after going back to california, he was there for only half a week before telling the others he was quitting. the band was theirs to do with what they pleased, but he couldn't stay. now he's back here in the country he hates, but he's trying to fix things up again. he just wants never look back to build up to be as strong as insert name here was, and with inh's fanbase keeping tabs, things are looking promising enough.
